Pilates Method is designed to sculpt your entire body and help you lose weight all at the same time.  A special combination of controlled movements that is guaranteed to sculpt long, lean muscles, Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine, namely the neck, shoulders, abdominals, hips and thighs.  Most body aches and pain are due to muscular imbalance.  Pilates will help you to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility and strengthen the body from the inside out.

About Taylor
Taylor Young began her Pilates journey in Baton Rouge, La, after a dance teacher insisted she correct her posture before pursuing a career in dance. A native of Mississippi she earned her BFA in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University. Taylor continues to further her STOTT Pilates education through BodyMindDesign. Not only is Pilates a challenging and centering practice for her, but Taylor knows her Pilates training will supplement a future endeavors in Dance Medicine.

Classes must be paid for atleast 3 days before the start date of each session. You may mail a check to the address below, or pay here with credit card... Passes are good for 6 weeks from start date. Please email me back for any further details...
